J.S. Fry and Sons was a British chocolate manufacturer owned by Joseph Storrs Fry and his family and its origins go back to the 18th Century. The Frys were a family of Quakers and the company was founded in 1761 and based in Bristol. There were several changes of name and ownership until it became S.J. Fry & Sons in 1822. The company became a division of Cadbury in the early 20th Century and the division's Somerdale Factory near Bristol was closed after the 2010 takeover of Cadburys by Kraft Foods Inc.

Fry is best known for Frys Chocolate Cream, the first mass-produced chocolate bar, first produced in 1866 and Frys Turkish delight, manufactured from 1914.
