Large 19th Century French two handled copper vasque featuring a pretty fluted rim.
With lovely embossed and engraved decoration. To one side is an heraldic motif with coronet to the top and central fleur de lys, framed by two dolphins and tulips. The other side is ornamented with roses.
This beautiful piece would make a fabulous champagne bucket, wine cooler, cache pot or jardiniere.
Stamped with the number 24.
