19th Century French beautiful and elegant small curved back tub shape love seat. 


Gilded and in excellent condition. The Vitruvian scroll gilded carving is a classic appealing motif, on straight Louis Seize style legs. 


It has a sprung seat so is comfortable although petite. Expertly upholstered with antique hemp "tassles" - for a small seat in a drawing room, hallway dining room or at the end of a bed.
