Unusual French domed pressed card box with two drawers that is covered in a papier peinte of stylised flower heads with leaves.

On some surfaces the papier peinte is laid onto a linen backing. The drawers are very stiff with the right one missing its pull. In an as found condition with many areas of the box in a poor antique condition with water marks and stains, rubbing of the print and dents; Nevertheless it retains great charm and has a lovely presence.
