This wonderful table has a highly decorative iron base comprised of elegant C-scroll forms which culminate in original castors. Round motifs adorn the stretchers
Topped with shaped white marble above a very intricate apron with pierced foliate and scrolling decoration. Offering a single drawer to the front.
Pâtisserie tables were often used for presentation in the shop window, hence their beautiful appearance.
This piece would have wonderful presence as a console or centre table in today's interior.
