19th Century Mahogany Desk Attributed to Alphonse Giroux

Exceptional quality French, 19th Century mahogany desk.
Each drawer is lined with the finest quality mahogany. Having ebonised stringing and excellent quality bronze winged griffins. The bronze ball and claw feet are standing on plinths. Overall excellent condition.
A practical piece with an abundance of drawers, great for a home office set up, having compartments and drawers also at the back.
This desk is attributed to Alphonse Giroux and was made in the late 1830's.
