19th Century Pair of Ebony Elephants
SKU
DA0335836
Charming pair of ebony elephants sculpted out of solid ebony, modelled in a striding stance, also more unusual having the textured surface giving them better effect.
In good condition with no breaks, nicely patinated surface and still retaining the original carved bone tusks, toes and eyes. Please note, one of the elephants feet has had minor restoration, commensurate with age.
Circa 1890.
