20th Century French wasp waisted tailor's mannequin.
This dressmaker's mannequin is marked on the underside simply "S 44" which is believed to have been by Stockman of Paris.
Although this mannequin shows much wear, it has aged gracefully and developed a wonderful patina.
The stand and turnings are all in solid wood with original ebonised finish.
