Late 19th Century English, very fine, black tooled leather correspondence box.


With interior fitted by Asprey, 166 Bond Street. 


The box is fitted with Bramah locks (no keys) and has various lift out sections and pen storage. 


Brass locking catches to slope and central writing area. With ivory letter opener. 


Initial H.P. engraved in gilt to the lid.
