18th Century Dutch Chinoiserie Commode

18th Century Dutch Chinoiserie four-drawer commode.

This commode is particularly well-shaped and has fine intricate cast brass fittings. Features later black paint and gilt finishings with fine chinoiserie scroll tracery down the corners and to the top.

The whole is mounted onto a well-carved lion's paw feet. The drawers are made from quartered oak and feature dovetail corners.

With its original iron locks and the top lock has a working key.
