Stunning French 18th Century giltwood pricket candlestick.
This candlestick has a great tall scale and opulent decoration. It is gilded throughout, with hints of red bole showing through giving it a lovely warmth.
The main shaft is beautifully turned and balustered. The whole terminates on a pedestal base with a centrally carved motif and bun feet.
A wonderfully authentic interior piece.
