18th Century Swedish Cabinet
Swedish cabinet of good size and proportions, circa 1790.
This piece has been repainted in a soft grey, making it suitable for blending into a range of interiors. It is narrow in depth, so would not dominate a space.
This cabinet has great details, including a lovely decorative pediment with a Greek key frieze beneath. Moulding to the bevelled corners.
The main body is raised on substantial fluted legs, with a shelf to the bottom. Panelled doors open to reveal an interior painted an aqua shade, featuring shallow drawers and shelves.
This piece would make a useful and attractive side cabinet, and could even be used to keep a television out of sight.
