Late 19th Century Pair of Italian Window Seats

Fantastic pair of late 19th Century Piedmontese window seats. 

These free-standing giltwood seats are in cream paint with gilt decoration. With caned seats.

The arm terminals take the form of camel heads, adjoined with turned handrails, and lead down the cross-frame shape to a central panel. 

This central panel is decorated with carved rosettes and leaves. The seats are supported on shaped legs terminating in fluted feet with collars.
