Brutalist Limed Oak Drawers by Lane

This large solid oak, bank of nine drawers, has been limed to accentuate the beauty of the grain. Crafted by Lane of Altavista, Virginia, a company that started in 1912, as a Cedar Chest Company, but by 1960 was producing accent pieces, and is still manufacturing furniture today. A striking example of Brutalist design from 1970.
