Stunning street lantern by Foster & Pullen of York & Bradford, circa 1875.
This copper lantern features glazed panels in the round, with the frame displaying beautiful verdigris patina throughout.
Terminating on four endearing lion's paw feet. Retaining the maker's label.
Foster & Pullen started making lighting equipment in 1896 and went on to become one of the main manufacturers for gas street lighting.
This piece will look fabulous freestanding on a floor or table, perfect for creating an authentic atmosphere.
Converted from its original gas to electricity and fully rewired and PAT tested.
