A wonderful early 20th Century scratch-built whirligig of a man winding an old motor vehicle with a large spiral wind fan to make the man turn.

Standing on a recently added Victorian cast-iron base, in good working order, condition commensurate with age.

A lovely example of 20th Century folk art.
