French Cast Iron Urn

Lovely French 19th Century cast iron urn. 

This elegantly formed urn has small proportions. It has been earlier painted with white paint which has been layered to improve its durability. 

Featuring crisp egg-and-dart moulding to the rim with a slightly fluted body. Resting on a square foot base. 

It is wonderfully timeworn with varying attractive patinas.  

This urn will provide a decorative accent, whether it is placed outdoors or indoors.
