Superb set of six lithographic prints framed in bespoke gilt frames.
The works were published in 1829 by the Dutch East India Company and overseen by Nathienel Wallrich who was director of the Calcutta Botanic Garden. Wallrich supervised the printing and hand colouring in England.
Only 254 copies were ever published, making this a hard-to-come-by collection.
