Brass and Copper Glue Pot

  • H: 23 cm (9 1/16")
  • W: 17 cm (6 11/16")

Brass and copper woodworkers glue pot.

This fabulous bit of history encapsulates the characterful charm of a 19th Century laborer. This pot would have most likely been used to heat up and keep animal fat at a working temperature. Animal fat was one of the first industrial glues.

It has its original handle and pan that is in a worked condition but will make for a great decorative accent within any interior.
