Rare, burr maple tryptyche mirror from the renown company of Miroir Brot of Paris. With it's original fabric and solid brass framed mirrors, bearing the Brot label in two places. The three mirrors are housed in the stand which has elegant and discrete carved detail and stand on outswept legs, again, beautifully carved and terminating on casters. Reminiscent of the Biedermeier style. Beautiful condition, commensurate with age and use. Circa 1900. The famous Brot company was established by Francois Brot, in 1826, in the heart of Old Paris, near the historic Place de la Republique. In 1875, Brot created and patented his revolutionary, triple mirror which immediately acquired a worldwide reputation. Due to the nature of this item, it is only viewable in person at the Hangars, it is not suitable for approval delivery.

Returned stock must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days, in the same condition it left us. The cost to return will be equal to the original delivery cost and will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original delivery cost.
