Early 19th Century English porcelain tea and coffee service from Coalport, Shropshire. With overglaze classical frieze decoration in iron red and gilt. Includes six teacups, six coffee cans, six saucers, a milk jug and stand, waste bowl and side plate. Coffee can height is 6.5cm. Generally this set is in a very good condition, but there is some wear to the gilding and a hairline crack to one teacup.
