French bonnes herbes, a dense design of small of madder red and bleu de pastel flowers against a dense green undergrowth, quilted cotton cushion.

Backed in an early 20th century French checked cotton.

Slipstitched closed with a duck feather cushion pad. 

In an as-found antique condition with a soft colouring.
