Early 20th Century American, original bronze framed, Edwardian style, Holophane ceiling pendant.
An eye catching antique light fitting comprising Holophane's half hemisphere prismatic glass shade on a wonderfully aged bronze ring fitting.
The shade marked "Holophane U.S.A", Circa 1900. Holophane started manufacture in New Jersey U.S.S in 1898.
Left unpolished as you only get this patina once. Wear commensurate with age.
The shade has chipping to the edge inside the ring so completely invisible once hung.
Approx 40cm including the chains.
