Striking pair of circa 1870s French chateau curtains of Turkey red cotton with an Indienne printed border.
Finished with cotton trim and lined in cotton.With hand-forged iron curtain rings. In an as-found antique condition with extensive sun damage to the printed border, mostly from the centre down to the hem.
The bottom hem is in fair to good condition.
