French 19th Century Red Vichy Scalloped Panel

19th Century French large red and white Vichy panel with a pretty scalloped hem trimmed with woven silk.

Backed in a white hemp textile. There is an extra added side section to the right of the piece 22cm x 124cm. 

In overall good antique condition with some faded pale scattered rust marks.

Circa 1795-1820s.
