Chic early 20th Century tri-fold shaving mirror.
This lovely mirror is originally from Paris, France.
It has been constructed to represent a faux bamboo form which can be both wall or table mounted.
Faux bamboo during the 20th Century was a very popular material within interior design and architecture.
Imitation bamboo, in particular, was used to trim mirrors such as this one, as well as other household furniture.
Because of its chic style and durability, bamboo could be repeated throughout a home without it being too intrusive.
This mirror has been marked with a makers mark that reads "L B & F PARIS".
