This lovely horse has been carved with flair and character and includes a jute mane and tail and leather ears. Retaining its original gleaming oil-gilding.
The baseboard is original but the plinth pieces have been restored.
This wonderfully decorative horse is far more than a mere toy, and was probably made as a trade sign for an inn.
