Unusual Victorian gothic oak lazy susan.
This lazy susan is of the finest quality and construction. The circular tray is surrounded by a beautiful border of carved oak leaves. It rests on a base of carved trefoils.
Lazy susans, or dumbwaiters as they used to be known, are revolving serving trays. They have long been a country house staple, placed on the table to rotate serving dishes and reach different guests.
This is a lovely example of its type and will make for a wonderful centrepiece.
