An iconic set of four Wishbone dining chairs by Hans Wegner, circa 1949.

Also known as the CH24 chair or the Y chair, they were the very first model designed by Hans Wegner for Carl Hansen and son in 1949 and have been in continuous production since they were first distributed during the 1950's. When designing this model of chair, Wegner made the decision to combine the back of the chair and the armrest into a single product, this idea later influenced many innovative designs.

More than 100 steps are required to create each wishbone chair and are re-known for their comfort and stability.

These chairs feature a bentwood armrest and a paper cord rope seat with has been woven to represent an 'envelope pattern'.

The wishbone design shall continuously capture the essence of modern design and are a set not to miss!
