Stunning and rare terracotta sundial by James Pulham of Broxbourne. Circa 1860. 

This is the Piggotts Manor Sundial, model number 360. It features a wonderful balustered column with a swirling shaft and gadrooned cup. It boasts a beautiful contemporary verdigris bronze plate by James Field of Bath. 

In generally good country house condition, naturally weathered and with small chips and cracks. Separated into three sections. 

The perfect garden centrepiece.
