Large late 19th Century oak library table.
This table would have been used in a large city library or university reading room, the end is stamped No24. There are eight well-made dovetailed drawers, four down each side.
The light natural oak has a slightly bleached-out worn patina. The table has an arts and crafts feel indicating a date of 1890-1900.
