Pair of 19th Century Chinese Landscape Paintings

WD4125643
Fabulous large pair of Chinese 18th Century landscape paintings.
These paintings depict officials overseeing various equestrian, hunting and sporting events including archers on horseback set in a landscape of pavilions with villages and mountains in the distance. Beautifully painted and time worn with a subtle colour palette of muted greens and pops of coral.
These paintings are particularly unusual having larger figures including officials presumably of some importance.
Recently framed and glazed with anti-glare/anti UV museum glass.
