George II Pembroke Table
Very elegant George II Cuban mahogany Pembroke table, circa 1740.
The top with drop-leaf ends sits over the frieze, which offers a single drawer retaining its original axe head handles. This table also offers a fine concave-sided undertier.
Resting on square tapering legs with quirky 'guttae' feet and original leather castors.
Useful and classic with a brilliant dense patina, this table will be a fantastic addition to any interior.
