- Pair of 20th Century French Arras Garden ChairsPair of 19th Century French Arras garden chairs with lion's paw feet.The northern town of Arras was famous for its iron foundries, which produced this beautiful style of furniture up until the Second World War. They used a unique method of extrusion - 'demi tube' - which gave the iron a rounded finish. This allows surface water to drain and prevent rust.
