Swedish 18th Century Baroque Cabinet
Swedish cabinet of good size and proportions, circa 1740.
This piece has been repainted in a soft white, making it suitable for blending into a range of interiors. It is narrow in-depth, so would not dominate a space.
This cabinet has great details, including a lovely decorative pediment with carved diamond detailing to the doors. The two large doors open to useful storage.
The main body is raised on substantial bun feet that were added later. Panelled doors open to reveal an interior painted a variety of blue shades, featuring two drawers with further useful storage.
This piece would make a useful and attractive side cabinet, and could even be used to store linens/bedsheets within a bedroom.
