Fabulous early 20th Century French gueridon.
This gueridon is in the style of the master of interior decor Maison Jansen. The Paris-based firm was founded in 1880 and quickly became the first global design firm, serving the rich and famous far and wide.
It is of fine quality gilded bronze with rams heads and sabots to each side. This table is slightly curved in form and includes a beautiful fossil marble top.
The middle tier has been carved into a triangle which makes it a perfect base for a decorative vase or small sculpture.
Unmarked, but in the style of Maison Jansen.
