Luca Madrassiwas a French sculptor of Italian origin of the 19th Century. Born on the 8 June 1848 in Tricesimo, Italy, and died April 7, 1919, in Paris. He began his artistic studies in Rome before studying at the Ãcole des Beaux-Arts in Paris, under the tuition of Pierre-Jules Cavelier. He then joined the renown Carrier-Belleuse studio.
