A Swedish vintage wallhanging, recently mounted and framed. Circa 1950.
Handprinted on beige linen depicting a wedding procession with the bride and groom in a horse drawn carriage and the wedding party behind.
With traditional Dalarna iconography around the edge of the textile. The words say "My dear, my beautiful, may the sunshine shine, may the sunshine be on you and me!"
This would make the most wonderful wedding gift.
Signs of wear, commensurate with age.
