Decorative pair of 20th Century Chinoiserie lamp tables.
These elegant tables are wonderfully formed.
They have a wonderful decorative appeal because of the Chinese garden scenes which have been painted onto both tables.
Both tables feature simple artwork to each legs which represent ormolu mounts, when in fact, they are painted onto the structure.
The paintwork is still in good condition for their age. There are signs of a time-worn patina but this adds to their charm.
The whole is supported on tapered legs.
This pair will be very useful in a bedroom or next to a sofa.
