Wonderful and rare, pair of mid 19th Century terracotta basket weave decorated window boxes or garden planters, both nicely weathered and in very good condition.

Although not stamped these planters are attributed to James Pulham and Son, the composition of the terracotta, their form and decoration, are identical to Pulham's ' Baxendale Pot' and 'Charrington Basket'
