A stunning suite of early 20th Century Bohemian, ruby cut-to-clear glass, comprising two large wine decanters and six matching glasses.
By Egermann, Czechoslovakia, Circa 1930-40s.
The magic of these decanters is that, when filled with red wine, the cut-to-clear pattern is not visible and only reveals itself as the wine is drunk. A splendidly dramatic set!
Decanters 40cm and 39cm high; 9cm diameter. Wine glasses 11cm high, 6.5cm diameter. Max capacity 105ml.
