This pair of 'tricoteuses' or knitting tables, date to the 1970s.
In the Louis XVI style, they each feature a recessed top, one drawer and lower shelf.
They feature a lyre with brass rod strings to each side and are supported on plinths.
With their classical lines, this pair of side tables will bring a sense of tradition to any living room or dining room. They also make elegant nightstands.
