Set of charming 18th Century framed engravings. 

Each depicts one of the five senses. Le Gout (Taste), shows a couple with cups hot chocolate Le Coucher (Touch) depicts a couple softly caressing a dove L'Odorat (Smell) the couple appreciate the perfume of a branch of blossom L'Ouie (Sound) with the couple enjoying the music of a mandolin La Vue (Sight) depicting the couple, the lady holding a monocle while the gentleman, a monocular. 

This is a rare and beautiful collection has some expected age related creasing and minor imperfections that does not detract from their charm.
