19th Century French Cast Iron Scales

Charming set of decorative cast iron kitchen scales with their original brass plates. 

Made in Paris, France, these scales date to the 19th Century and are still in great working order. They are made from cast iron with gilded decoration that depicts the Royal Coat of Arms of Paris. 

This is a superb piece that will look great in a farmhouse kitchen or be used as a display piece on a bookcase.
