Collection of 10 Floral Green Weights
SKU
DA9912179
Collection of ten glass dumps with a floral design. Made from green glass that was normally used in the production of bottles or windows. These are thought to be made by Pilkington due to their impressive quality (higher than the normal dumps that were made at the time). The glass that they were made from was a valuable commodity at the time, and rather than waste the glass at the end of a production they used it to produce these paperweights. Thought to have been made sometime around the end of WW2.
