Large 20th Century Silver Ice Breaker Cocktail Shaker

An excellent Art Deco 20th Century English silver plated extra large cocktail shaker.

There is an internal ice breaker to this cocktail shaker.

Marked at base 1.5pints with a makers mark for James Dixon & Sons. James Dixon & Sons were one of the early 20th Century silver makers who specialised in good quality silver barware. Their hallmark was a trumpet (see on image of the base of the shaker).
