Large 20th Century brass stick or umbrella stand.

This is a wonderful example of WW1 trench art, this large brass shell casing has been beautifully decorated and embossed with sunflowers.

The decorative rim recurved and frilled. It bears the stamp "Dec.1918" on the base.
