Spanish White Ceramic Table Lamp

Stylish ceramic, white table lamp, dating to the Mid 20th Century.
This wonderful lamp was handmade in the 1950's/60's by the ceramics company "Ceramics Bondia" of Manises, Spain; who still produce quality lighting today.
Often referred to as "Cash Pupo" or "Manises" lamps, which is a term used for lighting produced in an area outside of Valencia. The region has been manufacturing ceramics since the 13th Century. Ceramics Bondia were suppliers of tableware to the Kings and Queens of Spain and are known across Europe as quality suppliers to the nobility. They have been producing ceramics in the area ever since.
Featuring unique white and gold paintwork, this lamp shall be a focal point for any room.
