18th Century Gustavian slag board table.

The soft grey paintwork is original to the piece and has a lovely patina that is commensurate with age.

When opened the legs form elegant x's that support the whole wonderfully. This table also has two leaves that when dropped down, create a narrow console table. 

A wonderful table that is both useful and stylish.
