19th Century library chair of large proportions. 

This chair features scrolling armrests and the very deep seat provides comfort and luxury.

It is supported on pronounced mahogany cabriole legs with carved hair details, terminating on hairy paw feet. Some restoration to the rear legs. 

The buttoned faded green leather upholstery dates to the 20th Century. 

Fantastic chair, possibly of Irish origin.
